After such a clinical performance in their last outing against Wales on Saturday, France look like they could be missing some key figures going into the decider this weekend.
Teddy Thomas has already been ruled out with a hamstring injury; a huge shame as he has been in electric form this season, even scoring a stunning try against Wales last weekend.
Bernard le Roux also is being cited for an elbow on Alun Wyn Jones. This could be the biggest loss for 'Les Bleus' as his disruptive and abrasive game would surely come in trumps against a weighty Irish pack.
Also on the list is Fullback Anthony Bouthier, who is likely also to miss this weekends fixtures as he awaits to hear more on a 'suspected concussions' he suffered against Wales.
It will be the first real test of the depth this new squad has had to face in this years internationals and it should make for a really interesting dynamic against the pragmatic Irish.
